1. What is your return policy? You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be: Unworn and unwashed In original packaging with all tags attached Free of stains, odors, or damage ⚠️ Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return. 2. How do I request a return label? To request a return: Log in to your Fashionstore account. Go to My Orders → Return Items. Select the product(s) you want to return and the reason. Download your prepaid return label. 📦 Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest courier location. 3. How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. 4. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? Yes! We offer free exchanges for: Different sizes of the same product Different colors (if available) To exchange: Log in → go to My Orders → Exchange Item. Select your preferred size/color. Your exchange will ship once the return is received. 5. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item? We’re sorry about that! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product: Take clear photos of the item. Contact Fashionstore Support with your order ID and photos. We’ll arrange a free return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
